History

  • 1-July 31, 2021: Linah Bagu, the Head of the Kadazandusun Language Department, has been appointed as one of the judges for the competition to add words from the indigenous languages of Malaysia to WikiKata.

  • August 18, 2023: The club was officially launched on August 18, 2023, at Wikimania Singapore.
  • August 29, 2023: 1 lecturer and 2 students attended the official opening reception of the Honorary Consulate of Sweden in Kota Kinabalu on the recommendation of WCUGM.
  • September 8, 2023: The first meeting and the selection of committee members for the 2023/2024 term.
