French-speaking women authors' fortnight

The association Les sans pagEs and the Bibliothèque francophone multimédia de Limoges organize from March 14 to 27, 2022 the French-speaking women authors' fortnight (fr), as part of the Zébrures de Printemps festival.

During two weeks, this event encourages the creation and improvement of biographies and articles related to French-speaking women authors on Wikipedia.

EN-Wikipedia[edit]

Everyone can participate! The French Authors' Fortnight is an editathon with the sole aim of working together on a common project. No matter how much time you want to devote to it, or how many contributions you want to produce, all Wikipedians are welcome to join in!

There are no rules: you just have to register on the dashboard and then improve or create as many articles as you want.

We provide you with a list of suggestions of articles to create or improve and resources to contribute without difficulties.

  • Tuesday 15 February at noon : online meeting for people who want to take part in the organisation or organise a local event. On BBB.
  • Monday 14 March at 18:00: welcome and online Q&A for participants. On BBB.
  • Wednesday 16 March (10am to 6pm): éditathon in Limoges
  • Saturday 19 March (10am to 4pm): éditathon in Cameroon (Douala and Maroua)
  • Saturday 26 March (10am to 4pm): éditathon in Cameroon (Maroua)
