Maithili Wikimedians User Group/Events/Wiki-a-thon 2016 Felicitation Program

Wiki-a-thon 2016 is an online and offline edit-a-thon competition organized by Maithili Wikimedians on Maithili Wikipedia during July 25, 2016 to September 20, 2016. The aim of the edit-a-thon is to reach the target of 5,000 articles on Maithili Wikipedia.

To felicitate the winners of the Wiki-a-thon 2016, Maithili Wikimedians organize an event on 11^th February, 2017. This open event was attended by around 40 participants. Most of the participants were from schools and colleges of Saptari District. The Purpose of the event was to felicitate the winners of the competition as well as award the certificate to the Wiki Education Program participants.
