Problem

Is this the banner that appears on the top of all wikipedia pages? It has one extremely annoying property: On my mobile devices, the banner loads somewhat delayed after the rest of the page. The result is that every time I go to the wikipedia front page to search for something (ie. every time I visit wikipedia), when I try to tap the search box this banner appears in its place and I end up clicking on the banner instead of the search box. Every time!
