Currently, when choosing zh-hans as the interface language, the link of X!'s Edit counter is incorrect, the current link will display the message "meta is not a valid project".I found out that some change should be made to this page to fix the problem.

Please change project=meta to project=meta.wikimedia here to fix this problem, some other related pages are MediaWiki:Sp-contributions-footer/ja, MediaWiki:Sp-contributions-footer/zh-cn, MediaWiki:Sp-contributions-footer/uk, MediaWiki:Sp-contributions-footer/de. Better fix all of them if it is convenient, thank you.
