[edit]The objective was to discuss and plan the details about the Wikiverse Commons Conference in collaboration with Punjab Lalit Kala Akademi
Meeting Notes
[edit]- The prospectus dates were discussed which were around the annual exhibition of Punjab Lalit Kala Akademy in July or another exhibition happening in August.
- The venue was decided to be one of the auditorium hall or exhibition space for the conference.
- The number of people to be invited would be around 20-30 artists from North India.
- The budget and other details were finalized.
