Municipal Project Meeting December 14, 2018
Municipal Project Meeting was organized to discuss the Wikisource contest to be held on Punjabi Wikisource for a duration of a month. This contest was to be held under Municipal Library digitization project and proofreading of books to be done Punjabi Wikisource.

The agenda of this meeting was to discuss the dates, rules and prizes for the Wikisource contest.
Meeting Notes[edit]
Plan was discussed about the Wikisource contest and how we can implement it.
- Group consensus was done for the rules of the Wikisource proofreading contest, including spelling and formatting done in the proofreading.
- It was discussed that the contest participants who proofread 100 pages would get special honor and prize along with the first three winners.
- It was also suggested that jury members should be given special appreciation token for their contributions along with the winners.
- Tentative dates of start of contest were suggested from 21st - 25th December 2018 to January 2019.
- The prizes discussed were merchandize and amazon coupons.
- Jury members were suggested and the result date was to be minimum two weeks after the contest for correct judging and points.
- Number of jury members for judging was decided to be around 4-5.
- The special rules for the contest were decided to be:
- Basic Formatting
- No mistakes for spelling in Text after OCR
- It was decided that the books for the contest to have uniform format so, it is easy for both contestant and Jury members.
