| Recruit 10 new editors | 12 | Awareness was created for over 30 professional and paraprofessional librarian. Unfortunately, only 12 were able to create a Wikimedia account due to IP Block and account creation restrictions, as most participants relied on the institution's ISP for internet connectivity. Also prior to event date we had foreseen this challenge and hence requested for account creation rights to avoid the limitation to 6 within 24hrs but was never granted. |

- What did not work so well? The IP Block was a big challenge, hindering the majority of participants from being able to create their accounts and put the knowledge and skills gained into practice. We noticed that some of staff were without or don't owned a smartphone to access the internet.
