What worked well

The event turned out to be a resounding success, with willing and eager participants that were happy to contribute to free knowlegde acquire new skills and be active members of the Wikimedia movement.

What did not work so well?

Most of the registered participants could not turn up for the event due to high cost of transportation.
Some extra expenditures were incorporated which was explained in details.

What would you do differently next time?

In our upcoming events, we will budget for transport
