Goals[edit]

Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?

Yes, I and the team met the goals and surpassed it. It is always interesting to discover beautiful places in Nigeria while enjoying the experience of moving from one location to another with the team.

Moments shared with amazing people is one thing I cherish and also learning about new places is always an exciting experience for me.

I am glad I got the opportunity to document beautiful places in Osun state.

Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

Planning for weeks to make sure the project goes smoothly.

Mapping out everything needed to make the project a success.

  • What did not work so well?

Hike in fuel price and basic commodities.

The weather also made us have the tour for more than a day.

There was no accurate distance measurement for the state, hence, the time used in moving from one location to another extended the project.

  • What would you do differently next time?

Make more than one plans for transportation.

Get a near-accurate distance measurement before embarking on a tour.

Gain more knowledge about any location we are headed to avoid stepping on boundaries in the community.

Anything else[edit]

Anything else you want to share about your project?

Happy I was given the opportunity to document Osun state in Nigeria and also lead an amazing team full of budding creatives.

I would love to document different states in Nigeria and also love to be a Wikimedia ambassador or staff just for the purpose of creating awareness about what Wikimedia is all about and to put the Nation on the global map through Wikipedia, also to help creatives find purpose using their skills.

Thank you,
