The goal as stated in our proposal is to bridge content gap on Wikipedia, wikidata and wiki commons which we achieved through a training session on the day of the event and later on in the event, we conducted a hands-on-session for the participants where everyone actively added contents to articles.
Through the event we were able to recruit new members and bring them into our whatsapp group to keep them engaged with the wikimedia movement.

Learning[edit]
Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
The Publiicity worked well as we had a lot of enthusiastic individuals who wanted to partake of the event but due to limited slots we didn't get to accommodate all interested participants.
The event day also went as planned as we projected to bridge content gap, improve contents as we had all participants contribute to the project.
The data reimbursement plan by the User group also worked well as all participants had data to contribute to the project.
- What did not work so well?
We seemed to have everything in control as all our plans worked according to what we projected.
- What would you do differently next time?
Send in the collated numbers of all participants much earlier than the day of the event.
