Following the procedure of Global bans, I hereby request discussion for a global ban for Rolodata.

Before I continue, let's review the 3 main requirements:

1: Ongoing pattern of serious crosswiki abuse: Rolodata has broken this rule, but I'll get to how later. 2: Has been carefully informed: As far as I know, Rolodata has constantly been informed and even said he would stop, so yes. 3: Indefinently blocked on two or more projects: Let's see: His main account is blocked on ca.wiki and his main account is globally locked, while Nobita931, his sock who is also globally locked, is blocked on es.wiki. Another sock, Nación del fuego100, is also blocked on es.wiki and should probably be locked. His IP was blocked for 31 hours on meta.wikimedia and 3 TIMES on es.wiki: once for a month, then for two weeks, and currently for six months as of Sept 1. As for the socks temporary blocks: Rolodata was blocked for 2 weeks on ca.wiki and 2 weeks on es.wiki, presumably the same as Nobita, while also abusing es.wikinews without ever being banned. So even though he hasn't been blocked on 2 wikis indefinently on his main account, he's abused at least four. Also, his abuse tends to go unnoticed usually for some reason on the smaller wikis.

And now for the reason I really want him blocked: the wikihounding. Rolodata, as far as I know, is the most annoying person to hound you. His tactic is to find famous people and make "friendships" with them, eventually getting obsessed, usually into wikistalker level. Not only that, but he has done this on so many wikis and with so many different identities (he probably has some socks we don't know about) that a global ban to be enforced by the community is the only option. And yes, this is very heavily tied to the first main requirement. That is why I didn't say so there. He also is breaking requirement 2 record-breakingly blatant. Not only has he been told every time, he goes above and beyond by saying he will change and continuing these tactics. Another reason is the whole hard-to-catch nature: he abuses different wikis, to the point where his accounts on ca.wiki and es.wiki are indistinguishable, which is the reason I said he probably has newer sockpuppets (or even sleepers) laying around. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but a lot of the reasons I am doing this are similiar to other global ban requests, which may hint even further at an enforced ban. Also, before you say anything if you see this, stewards: Lock Nacion del fuego100, he is a known sleeper of this user. 96.237.16.54 21:57, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
