Hello. I have a problem on Azerbaijani Wikipedia. Sysop (@Cekli829:) block me for my Whatssapp Message. Blocking time is over 1 year. I am sure there is no rule for off-Wikipedia messages on Azerbaijani Wikipedia. This problem seems to be solved at the local level. Have you taken any steps in local Wikipedia? As for this problem, I think it should be resolved by local Wikipedians, whether this was a decisive step and how correct it is. @Mehman97 and Mardetanha: The problem doesn't seem to be solved in the Azwiki community since the community has a lot of admin issues which reportedly mentioned in Meta-wiki.
