Shizhao, the mightiest bureaucrat of zh.wikipedia, is using bots to do mass edits out of the range permitted, even running several bots without permissions. He asserts it should be acceptable and unnecessary to get permissions from our community. He refused to stop his bots.
We don't have Arbitration Committee to judge this issue, and what the worse is that most administrators and bureaucrats cover up each other. Therefore, we request Meta-Wiki to block his bots and investigate the fact of Shizhao's abuse of power. --百楽兎 10:01, 22 September 2010 (UTC)
