Shareable tools

One of the things we struggle with is collaboration between languages. One of the barriers to this collaboration is most templates only work in a single language. And getting templates to work in more than one language is difficult.

Now not all languages need to have all templates but a base set of templates that work in all languages which wish to adopt them would be positive. Shareable tools could also include a group of key gadgets and bots.
