There are some questions. Please discuss on it.

  1.  Although I have received indefinite block in Japanese WIKIPEDIA and the objection about that is carried out now, does that forbid activity here?
  2.  Does Ms. or Mr. Aphaia have the authority to make such a remark?
  3.  Isn't it a violation of a rule to use administrator authority to the issue to which she or he relates?
