Perceptions of Wikidata reuse

I'd like to talk to Wikidata editors about their knowledge of how Wikidata is used on other wikis and outside of the Wikimedia community. Furthermore, I'm interested in understanding how newcomers learn about Wikidata's policies and guidelines.
