Self-confirming[edit]

The requirement of "Posting substantive material at least once per day;" means that this is selecting only those users who are not engaged with content, but who focus on resolving or being part of disputes. Given that pretty much all disputes (in some form or other) come down to content disputes, this is regrettable.
