We are currently unable to share Wikipedia query logs as they are not consistently collected on our end and we have not defined appropriate measures with our legal department to ensure that the release of this data would be compliant with our privacy policy. On a related note, we are about to launch a public consultation asking researchers what data and research infrastructure they would like the Foundation to release. The survey has not been announced yet (the link will be posted on wiki-research-l shortly) but that would be an excellent opportunity to make a case in support of your request.
