SECTION V: WIKIMEDIA FOUNDATION, CHAPTERS AND BOARD[edit]
Leaving aside the confusion in the section header (which 'Board' - the WMF's, or the various chapter boards?), there only seems to be one point of these that is asking about the chapters, which is a shame since questions 31-34 could equally be asked with the chapter as the subject.
