As of January 2016, Wikimedia Russia & Wikimedians of Russia were providing support to 32 Wikipedias in the languages of the Russian Federation with some official status, as well as Pontic Wikipedia.

The tables below were developed for analytical purposes, finding active participants to contact for possible cooperation initiatives, as well as manual delivery of the project newsletter (in Russian). Now to be expanded due to evolved purpose of the community.

The tables below include Wikipedias that meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Official status in any region of the Russian Federation;
  • Majority of its speakers are residing in the territory of the Russia.

Note: * marks languages with official status in some region of the Russian Federation with majority of its speakers living outside of Russia.
