Designated Responsibility for Entry Transfers

A fundamental decision emerged to appoint one employee from the Tajik National Encyclopedia. This designated individual will be responsible for transferring entries from the Tajik National Encyclopedia to Tajik Wikipedia, leveraging the public domain status of the content to enrich Tajik Wikipedia's repository.
