Talk:AFD is evil

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Agreed :) I think I will link to this essay in my profile. I'm a strict inclusionist.

My focus has been on talk pages. I don't mind if the article gets deleted, but we should nevvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvver delete talk pages. Mathiastck 13:52, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yay! I have the cosensus of two users! Now let's use this made up consensus to delete AFD! It worked for Notability! w:User:Ccool2ax 04:48, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Not two, three. I can't agree more. I will also link this to my userpage on en wiki. Cheers -- Imoeng 08:56, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I still strongly agree :) Especially since Template:Future_article_talk_page got deleted. Mathiastck 15:36, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy[edit]

And what about all of the articles that get speedied, and have no AfD discussion? They still get deleted right? What happens to that blurry border between speedy and AfD that is usually handled through AfD as it is now, to prevent human error and all that? freshgavin TALK 11:17, 21 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I hate that. --Someguywithamouse (talk) 02:33, 6 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. I can't even write a new article without making it so perfect in the first place that it removes the need for anyone to help anyway :/[edit]

I'm starting to hate the moderators a little. Not themselves, they're nice--just the stuff they do. You're right, how are we supposed to complete the Wiki's goal of perfection via global contribution if imperfect pages are deleted before anybody can find them? --Someguywithamouse (talk) 02:32, 6 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
