Need assistance using tool to update docs

Hi there. I'm currently reviewing the documentation for Adiutor per this task . It says I need to reach out to the maintainers for this tool, but I found the unmaintainable status, so who should I get in contact with for questions? CBID2 (talk) 19:51, 25 April 2025 (UTC)

Hi @Doğu! :) Sorry for the late response. I've been trying to follow the tutorial for Adiutor, more specifically the steps on how to use it so I can see what needs to be updated, but I can't this information. Can you help? CBID2 (talk) 19:32, 3 May 2025 (UTC)

On/off button

Aloha! I'd like to be able to turn the tool on and off. Preferably without having to go to the tools tab and triggering it there. I'm not always patrolling, so having Adiutor always on is a recipe for disaster. Best, --Hedwig in Washington (talk) 23:48, 12 July 2025 (UTC)

Hey @Hedwig in Washington, could you clarify which wiki you're using Adiutor on? You can already enable or disable it from the "Gadgets" tab in Preferences. Could you elaborate on what specific issue you're facing when it's always on? If you're suggesting a quicker toggle (e.g., an on/off button in the UI), feel free to share more details.

I'm working on Commons mostly. I am aware of the Gadget tab. It is just a hassle to have to go there. I am looking for a lazy way, like a toggle option in the work menue of Adiutor. Yeah, green button default on, one click on it, turns red and the work menu is grayed out. Something along that line.

Another thing I noticed is the installation help. Maybe people should be told to turn on javascript, at least for the Wiki they want to use the tool on.
