Speedy election

I hereby motion that we change the title of "General Secretary" to "Emporator", and that we unanimously crown me Emporator for life. All in favor say aye. 84.128.228.78 23:52, 4 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Merging

I would consider joining this association, but presumably it will eventually merge with one of the other associations? --Michael Snow 02:07, 8 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I tend to think we have an awful lot in common w inclusionism, since the goal is to clean up stray or shoddy articles, in this case by merging them. The concept of not sacrificing content is still there, but w an added emphasis on convenience for the user in locating such informations. IMO merging (and redirecting of course) is superior to simply retaining an extremely obscure, potentially poorly written article or stub. It would be nice to have you! THE ACSU

The ACSU will be the victor and I am convinced of it. Join the ACSU! -User:Kinneyboy90

Ana Lita

The Wikipedia article, Ana Lita (which I started), I believe should be merged with the International Humanist an Ethical Union. Dose the Association of Mergists have an opinion on this?

Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends merge project

Some of the members of this association might be interested in a proposal to merge all the (50 or so!) articles about minor characters in w:en:Thomas The Tank Engine and Friends into about 6 articles. See w:en:Talk:Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends#merge proposal. Thryduulf 23:47, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
