Thank you for the nice statistics. A very interesting read! The data seems reasonable to what we know, but the numbers of administrators on German Wikipedia look pretty small to me (16 + 11 + 10 + 1?). At the moment, it has ~ 180 admins (public list, log). There are statistics available here and an archive which might be better sources than those which you seemed to have (automatically retrieved from logs?). I'm pretty sure that you know this adminstats tool which is helpful to determine current activities (while it is clear that not all admin actions are logged).
