Solutions[edit]

I know there are ways you can track groups of users to see if they are all making the same mistakes, can someone help me out with instructions for how to do this? Another thing I want to include in the solution is instructions for checking whether new editors are using sandboxes. Finally, if someone could give a little bit of info about why checking this information is useful when training new editors, that would be fantastic. That said, if people think this learning pattern is not helpful, we should remove it. --KHarold (WMF) (talk) 20:04, 13 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I think you are asking some very useful questions. One key question is whether to use the Education Courses Extension, and the facilities it offers for tracking new editors. Or what are alternative methods? Fabian Tompsett (WMUK) (talk) 11:31, 17 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
