Hi, I see this discussion stalled with no consensus either way. What would be the best way to revive this discussion and see if we can get a consensus only on the opt in idea? Most of the objections seemed to be to the opt out version or others saying it should be opt out. Can we simply discuss if we can get a consensus to an opt in program? - Taxman 14:42, 9 Nov 2004 (UTC)
