Increase the number of Incorporators and Trustees

May I suggest to add two (2) more incorporators and trustees sothat the number becomes nine (9) which leads me to my another suggestion below. --Filipinayzd (talk) 02:54, 22 January 2016 (UTC)

May I also suggest to add an article on Transitory Provisions:

Section 1. Terms of Trustees. The original trustees shall continue in office until [their term expires 3 years later]. For the elections that will take place on the regular meeting in [insert year here], the first three (3) obtaining the highest number of votes shall serve for a term of three (3) years, the next three (3) with the highest votes for two (2) years, and the remaining three (3) for one (1) year. Thereafter, every year three (3) trustees who will serve for a term of three (3) years shall be elected by the general membership.

Section 2. Representation. The composition of the trustees shall be represented by the different recognized language groups. Each group shall nominate one (1) candidate to vie for one of the three (3) vacant seats.
