It could happen, however for the first round at least I think it would be wise to keep it within the free-content community (by which I more or less mean Wikimedia + Open Clipart, since they are the only free content projects I know working with SVGs). pfctdayelise 16:08, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I think at the end of the day, we will find there is a very large untapped community of people with the requisite skills to contribute to this project, and who would be motivated by a monetary incentive, but who are not currently members of any free content projects.
