Wolof dictionary[edit]

{{editprotected}}

The line that reads

  • Wolof [2] Wiktionary 4 July 2007 2 0 Discussion finished, result is CLOSE.

should say

  • Wolof [2] Wiktionary 4 July 2007 2 0 Discussion finished, result is KEEP.

Please, see this. I would change it myself but the page is protected. Regards. --81.39.199.80 15:50, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure this is correct, the discussion did finish as close as far as I understand. This was however later reopened but the conclusion of this discussion doesn't change. Therefore surely that proposal should remain in Category:Approved proposals for closing wikis. The decision to reopen to close was in July 2007, it was reopened in September 2007 I think. Then, wouldn't it be logical keeping both items of information in chronological order in the same place? Otherwise info would get innecessarily fragmented and astray. --81.39.199.80 16:04, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
An alternative option is linking. I personally regard such an option as a bit more cumbersome and innecessary --81.39.199.80 16:08, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Note that bugzilla:14428 is still not resolved and it links to Proposals for closing projects/Closure of Wolof Wiktionary. Any operator of Bugzilla coming across it and following the link could be misled if it still only said that the result had been "close". If no further checking is done, the project could be closed. --81.39.199.80 16:15, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Until it is clear what edit needs to be made here, we don't need {{editprotected}} - thanks.  — Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 01:44, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
