Talk:RC patrol on nl.wikipedia

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

a)How do get the pgkbot on IRC to give a patrolled edit link? b)How do get rollbacks to mark edits as patrolled? c)What do think about replacing the confirmation screen and instead sending the patroller directly back to Recent Changes? Is this possible? Thanks for the informative page!--BirgitteSB 05:52, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

sorry for the late reply.

a) what do you want pgkbot to do? It is I suspect trivial to get pgkbot to give links which contain the information necessary for mediawiki to generate the 'mark as patrolled' link on an edit. b) adminrollbacks are automatically marked as patrolled by mediawiki, Userscripts can mark it automatically if the script calls the mark as patrolled edit url (index.php?title=article&action=patrolled&someIDvariables) c)I've beent thinking about a solution for that, since not everybody marks from Recent changes, some ppl from watchlists or usercontributions or related changes ... . So, needs more thinking :) Henna 13:43, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A)The links currently from the pgkbot do not have the "mark as patrolled" option that a diff link from Recent Changes does. That is all I want.
B) Not on en.WS. I don't know why, but I am 100% sure of this.
C)Also if it was availble from the "Newbies contributions" page this would also be helpful.
