Is the Telnet service currently down? I am unable to access it. It was working fine a few days ago. July 23, 2017

not working at all for me[edit]

I have tried both the onion redirect in putty (localhost:9050 as a socks5 proxy) and the clear web host name and i get a connection refused on both addresses.

The first time I tried this, it worked fine. Ever since, it hasn't worked, and I have been trying every month or two. I'd love for it to work again.
