I'm perplexed: is this a sandbox? It appears to contain information that affects the way readers see the financial reliability of the chapters, but is not protected and not verified.
Where is the explanatory lead for each section?
Many footnotes and/or ref tags seem to be missing. I presume the spreadsheets referred to in the "Detailed status" section are not public, since there no links.
Will this be used for auditing purposes?
"Deadline moved to Apr 15, 2011 as per chapters request" has no link or ref-tag.
