IRC
IRC is explicitly mentioned as one of the allows uses in 3.1 "Can you give me some examples of when I can use the marks on the Wikimedia sites?"
However IRC is not a Wikimedia site, and a Wikimedia specific IRC channel like #wikipedia-enconnect is not significantly different to WikipediaWeekly, is it? John Vandenberg (talk) 01:51, 10 March 2017 (UTC)
