This is awesome 'WikiConference India 2016 Diversity and Inclusion Team', kudos to you all for putting up such a comprehensive policy in place. I think it covered almost all, before I come back with any suggestions later, I quickly want to post initiate a discussion on below points:

1. There is a grammatical error in this sentence

Friendly space requirements A quiet space to take a breather, which could [be] a space in a corner with cushions and chairs and can be called a quiet space to let everyone know of its utility.


2. Also I am not completely sure of the bullets mentioned under this particular section. Appreciate if someone details it further (or) in other words, to be honest refines the language of this section.

We prioritise marginalised people’s safety over privileged people’s comfort. The Response Team will not act on complaints regarding:
