I agree that having people distribute essays etc. freely is a good idea. But instead of creating a separate WikiProject I personally think WikiSource should instead have a well-publicised section for uploading academic works. subsect of WikiBooks and Wikiversity
Essays on any subject can be easily added to either WikiBooks (with multiple essays compiled into books) or Wikiversity (with multiple essays compiled into course material); there does not seem to be a need for a separate Wikimedia project for this. Nicole Sharp (talk) 16:08, 11 October 2015 (UTC)
