Hi Wikimedia Nigeria! Thanks for submitting your application and for planning your event. We are reviewing your application within the Wikimania COT Grant Team, and we have a few questions we wanted to ask:
- How many people will receive small hardware support? The application text says it's 10 people, but the budget hints it's 20 people. (Also, please add this number to the Outcomes section).

- Could you provide more information about audiovisual equipment - 1) which specific pieces of equipment do you mean? 2) are you planning to purchase or rent it?
- The audiovisual equipment will include; microphones, speakers,projectors, lightning equippments,and these will be rented.
- Could you provide more details around lines 9 and 10 in the budget? What will the money spent for the social event specifically go to? And what specific logistics expenses are included in line 10?

- What is your approach to translation? Which language(s) will you translate to? How will you choose which sessions to translate? Will you only use synchronous interpretation for local event participants, or will you pre-record translations to publish them afterwards?
- Live translation-approach
- We will conducted a pre-event survery among the selected participants to identify Wikimania events that are of interest to them. The data gathered will be used to determine the event to be translated.
- We plan to translate from English to Yoruba,Igbo and Hausa
- Translation will be done synchronously.
