What is discussion in Wikipedia's operation manual ?

I know some diffferent short of meaning where discussion is exchange of thoughts,facts,opinion,suggestion,feedback and knowledge between two or more parties by talking with prompt follow up message againt previously delivered message with a note of clearity to get and to provide for each asked or told question and and other message till reaching the satisfactory state of closing with or without agreement of each party on a perticular subject taken or provided for above said discussion. In Wikipedia I found it's unique discussion model a complete and capable method of lose of relationship, trust, time, opportunity, data space, confidence, mental peace, patience, dignify, honesty, character, purpose, positivity, prosperity and life by any one or more or all party who takes or doesn't take/take or don't take participation in above said discussion or in other manner of being present or absent in the sane. So kindly first provide me what exactly a discussion is held here or the talks between two or more party take(s) place. It is very important to know and apply to avoid future inconvenience ti Wikipedia by me.
