"nothing resolved... nothing resolved... nothing resolved" all over the place sounds very negative. The meeting was a place to have discussion and bring new ideas, not to resolve anything. Resolutions can be made afterards, once you have an understanding of where opinions lie and what options are open, not in a very noisy meeting with dozens of people.
