Rules for entering competition

Wikipedia

• Destubb the Wikipedia article of an MP to a readable prose of 3000 Bytes or more (i.e. about 200 words or 8 to 10 sentences). Please carefully check the prose size, for example by using Xtools article info and looking for the number of words under "Prose".
• Add the Bio template by typing two curly brackets, write the word 'Bio, and close the two curly brackets.
• Link your Wikipedia article to its respective Wikidata item

Wikidata

• Wikidata items must have the Position held (P39) property set to Member of the 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana with the following qualifiers added:

• parliamentary group (P4100)
• electoral district (P768)
• start time (P580)
• elected in (P2715)
• end time (P582)
• end cause (P1534)
• parliamentary term (P2937)

• Wikidata entries must also have the following independent qualifiers added:

• Educated at (P69)
• Academic degree (P512)
• Academic major (P812)
• Religion (P140), and
• Occupation (P106)

Outcome

1. When you are done editing the Wikipedia page and Wikidata item of an MP,
2. Claim your entry by going here to sign ~~~~ next to your entry.
3. A facilitator will review your edits and add Y next to your signature if a Wikipedia article you created or edited meets the contest rules.
4. Another facilitator will review your edits and add Y next to your signature if the Wikidata item you created or edited meets the contest rules.
5. A third facilitator will review both Wikipedia and Wikidata items and add Done. If both Wikipedia and Wikidata items meet the contest rules
6. A fourth facilitator will increment your leaderboard if a green correct sign, Done is added by an item you worked on. The green correct sign, shows both Wikipedia and Wikidata item is completed.
7. If you don not see any of the correct signs, yellow, purple and green by an item in the list or a facilitator adds Not done next to your signature, then you don't get a point; in which case another participant can come around and work on it to claim the point for that entry, or you may go back to working on the entry, or try a different MP altogether.
