This template creates a link to a specific entry in Special:Log, based on the provided "logid". To invoke, use {{logid|id|text}}, where id is the specific number of the log event and text is the optional text to be displayed (default is the id).

For example, {{logid|55665995}} produces 55665995, the log of this page being created. To show something other than the id number, add a second parameter. {{Logid|55665995|template created}} produces template created.
