Usage
The particular usage should be documented on each request page. Generally, the template has two modes: local (for access on one wiki), and global (for global access). The status can be 'done' or 'not done', or any other value which will be displayed with the gray 'in progress' colour.

For the discussion field, either wikilink using interwiki linking with language and project inside double square brackets [[ ]], or, if linking using a full url, please use a protocol relative link, that is without http:// or https:// , eg. [//meta.wikimedia.org/... discussion] inside single square brackets [ ].
