Usage

The header is added using the markup:

 |heading    = the main heading text
 |subheading = a slogan or mission statements
 |font       = font to use
 |background = background colour
 |logo       = logo image to use
 |logolink   = where to link to if logo clicked
 |tabs       = the tabs to include underneath (using {{User group top menu bar}})
}}

Each tab underneath is added using:

{{User group top menu tab
 |text       = text to include (usually a wikilink)
 |font       = font to use
 |background = background colour
}}
