I've updated wmf:Template:News-en to be more dynamic and use an editnotice. I'm not sure if it's appropriate to update the pages here at Meta-Wiki as well, so I won't for right now. It should be easy enough to copy what I've done on wikimediafoundation.org to this wiki as necessary and appropriate, though. --MZMcBride 03:22, 13 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

We actually manually updated it on purpose. Different months have different amounts of news, and we only wanted to highlight a certain number of events (not certain number of moths) on that template. It's no big deal either way though. Cbrown1023 talk 20:07, 13 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
