The Wikipedia Library

  • {{TWL/Cite journal}} -> The Wikipedia Library/SOD1. This model includes a Google Scholar search URL whenever the URL parameter is otherwise unfilled. Citations that already include a URL are unchanged - see for example footnote 14.
  • {{TWL/Cite journal alt}} -> The Wikipedia Library/SOD1/alt. This model adds a Google Scholar search URL to the end of the citation, leaving the URL field untouched. This would be useful to search for alternative versions to a paywalled linked source.
  • {{TWL/Cite journal id}} -> The Wikipedia Library/SOD1/id. This model adds a Google Scholar versions URL to the end of the citation. The ID number was added manually; ideally, either it could be drawn automatically, or some mechanism of automatically clicking through to versions could be developed. However, inconsistencies would need to be resolved - in the example, footnote 10 was found not to be in Scholar under that title (likely because it is a translation), and footnote 14 did not appear to have an ID number.
