Systematic Template:$data are usually collected from both comparison and participant groups and compared to identify the differences between them in relation to the program and its Template:$goals. Because the comparison group did not participate in your program, comparing data help to determine whether a program is making a difference in terms of the targeted Template:$metric and Template:$outcomes.
