All contributors to any Wikimedia project registered before [date of the announcement of the opening of the process] are invited to join in during the voting period. You may vote for up to three submissions. Your first choice will be given a value of 3 points; your second choice, 2; and your third choice will receive 1 point. If you vote for more than one and do not indicate ranking of your votes (or if your ranking is inconsistent, as if you rank all votes first or second), all votes will receive 1 point. If you vote for only one, it will receive 3 points. If you vote for more than three submissions, your vote will be disqualified. Votes are final when the voting period closes and may be modified up until that date.
