For Affiliate Delegates

Wikimedia Turkic UG organizes accommodation for selected delegates from the affiliation. The delegates during the conference will stay at Aspera Hotel Altunizade.

All rooms include Wi-Fi and breakfast and have their own bathroom.

• Check-in: from 14:00 to 00:00
• Check-out: from 07:00 to 12:00

As a WMF grant funds accommodation for Affiliate Delegates and we are trying to keep expenses down, please be aware that you must share a twin room. During registration, you can name a person you would like to share the twin bedroom with.

If you plan to add vacation nights to your stay, you must make your own hotel reservations for the extra days.
