User Profile Pictures without using open license[edit]
A picture is worth 1,000 words. Editors with profile pictures come across as more human, friendlier, and easier to work with for newer users. The trouble is that uploading a picture onto your user page requires surrendering a personal photo into a public use license on Wikimedia Commons. There should be an option to use a profile picture without using a public license for editors.

Raising Notability Standards[edit]
I support raising the guidelines for articles in Wikipedia, notability standards need to rise at the same rate information quantity rises. 15 years from now there we be an order of magnitude more information then there is today but what is notable will not increase at that same pace

Lowering Time Sensitivity[edit]
The goal of having articles be written from sources only a few days old I believe is unrealistic for the Wiki format. I support allowing a pace of news to be slower but to synthesisize a larger scope of sources. Wikinews can't beat paid professionals for speed buy it can take a look at the bigger picture.
